I hope my reel and real characters have no similarity : Disha Patani

Bollywood diva Disha Patani, who will soon be seen in Ek Villain Returns, recently in an exclusive unfiltered conversation with Ashish Tiwari of First India she opened up about her role in the film and more. 

While Disha looks promising in the promo talking about her character she quoted , “In the movie nobody look’s like a villain but one never know’s who the actual villain. I play Rasika who believes ‘Lalach Achi Bala hai ‘ and to achieve her goals in life she could go upto any extent and that’s when the character sketch goes from grey to white and black  .Initially it was difficult but when i got hold of the character it became smooth and Mohit Sir always had my back. I just hope there is no similarity between my reel and real character. 

Disha has been on a success spree from Malang to now Ek Villain Returns she spills the beans on what made her do Ek Villain , “ To achieve anything in life one has to always go all out. After completing Malang with Mohit Sir he narrated the story of Ek Villain and since the very moment it was intriguing as it keeps you hookup to the story till the end . All the characters in the script are complexed but Mohit Sir trusted on me that I could play Rasika. He’s always clear about what he needs from an actor and gives the freedom to act . That’s what makes him different from others” 

Ek Villain released in the year 2014 and in no time it was loved by the audience. On asked what makes Ek Villain Returns different she said , “The story is very different than the first part ek villain was the story about the hero but this is a story about the villains about how one sided love can make you cross boundaries. It’s all about emotions at the end”

The movie is said to be based on the concept of love and revenge on recalling her craziest fan encounter she said , “I have not experienced one sided love till now , im unlucky in that matter . As far as I remember one of my fan got my name embedded on his hand ans that I believe is way to much portrayal of love”

From Dhoni to Malang Disha Patani has been part of movies that has delivered exceptional music albums speaking on the same she said , “I’ve been lucky that all my music and songs have been loved . For an actor the song is very important the audience may forget the movie but will remember the actor by the songs they were in”

Disha has been paired opposite the talented hunk John Abraham . While it’s a fresh pair for the industry the duo bonded over something common she said , “ John is a very sweet and supportive co-actor , we mostly spoke about our gyming habits and diets that helped us bond better”

Disha Patani has loads of projects lined up. She will appear with Prabhas in the film Project K. In fact, she has started shooting for her next project Yodha with Siddhart Malhotra.
