F.O.M.O Fear of Missing Out a short film: “Why does it matter what people think, they are gonna talk about it anyway…”, says actor Deepak Kalwani

F.O.M.O Fear of Missing Out is a 15-minute short film which showcases a valuable lesson on how important it is to balance social life and personal life.

#Unfiltered Baatein with Ashish recently interviewed Deepak Kalwani and asked him about the movie, how he balances his social life and personal life and much more.

F.O.M.O is a relatable short film for everyone like the younger generation and the older generation. Everyone has been through this phase called FOMO and this film teaches us that it’s okay to feel left out sometimes. A balance in our life is as important as our health.

Deepak Kalwani said something valuable during the interview that he’s reel wife asked him, “What will people say if I go alone at the party” he replied, “Why does it matter what people think, they are gonna talk about it anyway and it’s okay to go alone let me stay at home and relax and be with my kids.”

He also added, “Partying at the weekends is okay but not on the weekdays because we all have a job, and it’s important to balance our fitness life, work life, social life and personal life to live a happy and healthy life.”

We all know how communication is the key in a relationship even Deepak agrees with it saying, “You should communicate with your wife about how you feel unless you don’t how is she gonna know how you feel? So if there’s no communication that marriage won’t last long.” And it is also important for your partner to understand how you feel and respect your decision.

When Deepak received this role he was like ‘I make funny reels never done a serious role.’ But the director was very confident that you can do it. And yeah we can see how well it turned out to be. When he heard the script he was like ‘Yeah it is passing on a good massage to the audience.’

Another important message by Deepak is that fitness plays an important role in our lives as it helps us with our body pains, anxiety, etc. It also makes you feel fresh and active in the morning and during your work hours as well.

In short, FOMO is teaching us that don't ruin your present by getting influenced by others.

More movies are coming up related to FOMO like YOLO (You Only Live Once) & JOMO (Joy Of Missing Out). Such short films are for millennials and the young generation who can relate to them and such short films pass on a good message. And they learn how important it is to balance social life and personal life.

So short film is officially releasing on 26th September on Humara Movie YoTube Channel.
