Deepika Padukone claims that THIS is the reason she costs SO MUCH for advertisements with Ranveer Singh

In Bollywood, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are two of the most well-liked and prosperous actors. They are a formidable duo in the business. Due to their enormous renown, the team routinely receives requests for ad films from a number of prestigious businesses. It turns out that when they collaborate, they bill more.

The Jawan actress was questioned by The Week about if she and Ranveer Singh receive different fees for their joint work on commercials and films. She said, “Yes, we do charge a premium for when we come together. I think we are positioned quite uniquely. In that, there’s usually an imbalance in a power couple, but not with us. Plus, both of us have started from scratch and it’s something we are very proud of. To achieve success on merit and on one’s own terms makes us special." However, adding that she did not get anything for her cameo appearances in Cirkus and 83, the two films starring Ranveer Singh.

Deepika talked openly about her relationship with Shah Rukh Khan during the same interview. She appeared beside him in Jawan in a guest appearance. She said, "We are each other's lucky charm. But honestly, we are beyond luck. We have a sense of ownership over each other." She further added, "I am one of the few people he is vulnerable with. There is so much trust and respect, and I think that luck is just the cherry on the top.” In Om Shanti Om, where she made her acting debut alongside Shah Rukh, Deepika went on to star in films like Chennai Express, a song called Love Mera Hit Hit in Billu, and Pathaan. 

On the professional front, Deepika most recently appeared in the hugely successful action thriller Jawan. The multilingual science fiction action movie Kalki 2898 AD, which debuts on January 12, 2024, will be her next appearance. She will furthermore be seen in Siddharth Anand's aerial action movie Fighter.
