Aryan Khan's first directorial debut is named 'Stardom'

Aryan Khan, the eldest son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has been in the news recently. He has left the public interested with the introduction of his own high-end streetwear and liquor brands, D'yavol X and D'yavol, as well as the buzz around his debut directorial project. In any case, it is currently being claimed that he has given the next project the title "Stardom" despite having previously stated that he finished scripting his web series in December 2022.

According to Indian Times sources, the 25-year-old is getting ready to make his screenwriting and directing debut with Stardom. Red Chillies Entertainment will create the web series, which is rumoured to be a 6-episode thriller. Speaking about the movie's specifics, it will be shown on a top OTT platform and based in the actual film business. The program will be launched in 2023 and is presently under production.

According to the source, quoted by the portal, the title of the series is a universal term that every “cine lover resonates with.” It is being said that the filmmaker plans on revealing details about the show in a few months. The source added, “The series is set against the backdrop of the film industry, and what better title than Stardom.” It was earlier reported that Aryan has been receiving help from Lior Raz of the popular Israeli television program Fauda Fame for his debut project.

For the unversed, Aryan is the oldest son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan. At the University of Southern California, he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematic Arts, Film, and Television Production.
