Alia Bhatt rocks in a pink salwar with a fun twist honouring the ‘Baby On Board’

Mumbai (Maharashtra): When it comes to the pregnancy fashion game, B-Town always has the most innovative styles. To the extravagant maternity shoots to unique style statements, Bollywood heartthrobs have updated their finesse. This time it was the newest Bolly mommy-to-be, Alia Bhatt that stunned in a pink salwar suit at the pre-release event of Brahmastra in Hyderabad. What seemed like a normal, lovely dress had its own fun twist which took everyone by surprise.

The cast of Brahmastra attended the pre-release event in Hyderabad which had to be organised last minute after the original affair was cancelled by the police. But keeping the spirits of Brahmastra alive, the makers along with host SS Rajamouli and chief guest Jr NTR arrived with much love and praise. Amongst all the fun, there was one thing that caught everyone by surprise and that was Alia Bhatt’s dress. Stunning in a pink salwar suit, the actress had a twist to the otherwise normal attire. She had the words, ‘Baby on board’ written on the back. This was pointing towards her pregnancy with husband Ranbir Kapoor.

The fun surprise was appreciated by everyone, especially her mentor and father-figure, Karan Johar. Even daddy-to-be Ranbir Kapoor blushed at the mention of the soon-to-be-coming Kapoor Jr.

Brahmastra - Part One: Shiva is the first film out of the Astra verse trilogy. It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna. The film will be release on September 9
