Actress Sonam Kapoor Sells Her House At Whopping Amount of 32.5 Crores! Deets Inside 

Celebrity participation on the housing market is booming. In recent months, everyone from Vivek Agnihotri to Janhvi Kapoor has purchased opulent mansions in Mumbai. But it's a significant sell this time. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja recently sold her prestigious home in the centre of Mumbai for a significant sum of money.

This house was purchased by Sonam in June 2015. According to documents obtained by Squarefeatindia, the actor paid Rs 31.48 crore for the house before selling it last week (December 29) for Rs 32.5 crore. The four on-site parking spaces will also be accessible to the future buyer. "The building in which Sonam sold the house is located on the Central Business District of BKC, a sought after place,” said Varun Singh, Founder of Squarefeatindia.

It appears that Sonam didn't earn a significant profit on the transaction based on the pricing made public. However, every real estate sale that generates a profit, no matter how tiny, is a happy event. Sonam's residence was on the third story of a structure called Signature Island. A business by the name of SMF Infrastructure is the purchaser of the property. For this transaction, the buyer reportedly paid stamp duty of Rs. 1.95 crore.
