Phone tapping case to be heard on August 9
New Delhi: The hearing in the Phone Tapping matter involving CM’s OSD Lokesh Sharma has been posted to August 9 in Delhi High Court. Till then arrest of Lokesh Sharma will be stayed.
In March 2021, Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat had registered a case against Lokesh Sharma in Delhi on the Phone Tapping Case.
Lokesh Sharma had moved a plea to quash the FIR for which hearings have been going on.
Judge Vikas Mahajan heard the matter in place of Judge Jasmeet Singh due to change in the roster of the High Court.
