Actress Kriti Sanon and director Om Raut visited the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple this morning. In order to promote their movie "Adipurush," they went there. features Kriti Sanon in the character of Sita Devi under the direction of Om Raut. The pair attended the special darshan and prayed to Lord Venkateswara Swamy, the temple's god, for his blessings.
But when they were leaving the temple, Om Raut gave Kriti a goodbye kiss on the cheek before they parted ways. However, some online users are taking issue with it, claiming that it is improper to kiss the actress on the grounds of the temple. The events that occurred there are not at all undesirable, yet others are attempting to stir up a debate.
On June 6, Team Adipurush debuted the film's final trailer at Tirumala, and it was quite a spectacle. On Wednesday, Kriti Sanon and filmmaker Om Raut were seen entering the Lord Venkateswara shrine in Tirupati. The filmmaker is seen kissing Kriti on the cheek in a now-viral video as he bids her farewell. Some online users took offence to this, and BJP State Secretary Ramesh Naidu Nagothu spoke out against it.
The BJP leader objected to the public display of affection and questioned is it necessary. The tweet has already been deleted.
