YJHD Turns 10: Kalki Koechlin recalls how Deepika Padukone teaches the group to dance & how Ranbir used to prank them all the time

When Ayan Mukerji's 2013 film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was released, it caused an enormous sensation, especially among young people. As of today, the movie has been in theatres for ten years, and fond fans have been posting social media posts to mark the occasion. Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Kalki Koechlin, and Aditya Roy Kapur all appeared in the movie. Making this movie was one of Ayan Mukerji's greatest delights, he wrote in a lengthy Instagram post he posted this morning. With her co-stars Deepika, Ranbir, and Aditya as well as with the director Ayan Mukerji, Kalki now went on a trip down memory lane.

On her Instagram, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani star Kalki Koechlin, who portrayed Aditi in the movie, posted a clip of some of the movie's most memorable moments. Although they have all learned a lot and matured since they were filming the movie, Kalki stated in her post that there are some things she cannot envision being different. Then she recounted how Ranbir Kapoor would constantly pull a joke on them, while Deepika Padukone would teach them a dance move that they couldn't follow.

“How we’ve all grown and learnt since then and yet some things I can’t imagine any different, like @deepikapadukone will always be teaching us a dance step we can’t follow, @adityaroykapur will always be our big Lebowski, Ranbir will always play a prank that makes us squeal and @ayan_mukerji will always ask us uncomfortably personal questions that lead to the best conversations loved the memories we collected here, happy 10 years guys,” wrote Kalki.
