WHAT! Vicky did not know Katrina knew about his existence before Koffee With Karan 6

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif look like a match made in heaven even though their personalities and auras are two poles apart. While Vicky is the cheery Punjabi Munda, Katrina is the mature and wise British soul. But it is their differences that make them an ideal couple. With Vicky appearing on Koffee With Karan once again, it really is a full circle moment for him as his love story with his wife started on the Koffee couch.

As Vicky walked through the entrance, everyone knew that beans would be spilled about his relationship and married life. And they truly were. Calling her his mirror, Vicky revealed that she is the one that keeps him grounded by stating hard facts as they are to him. But what one was not prepared for was his confession that he got to know that Katrina knew about his existence through the show!

Talking about their marriage, Karan asked Vicky if he had ever imagined that he would be married to Katrina Kaif, a movie star that he had adored and seen on screen. Vicky had a shocking revelation to this where he stated that he did not even know she knew about his existence till the last season of the show. Vicky said, “In fact, what happened in the last season on this couch, it was really my moment to realise that she knows about me. I did not know that.”

He further went on to reveal that they had never met before Katrina confessed on the Koffee couch that she would look good together with Vicky Kaushal. Recalling their first meet, Karan explained, “The first time I remember Vicky properly meeting Katrina was at Zoya’s house post Screen Awards.”

Workwise, after a cosy and beautiful vacation in the Maldives celebrating Katrina’s 39^th birthday, both the actors have immersed themselves in their work. Vicky has Govinda Naam Mera coming out soon with Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani and an untitled project with Sara Ali Khan and Sam Bahadur alongside Sanya Malhotra and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Meanwhile, Katrina is gearing up for the release of Phone Bhoot with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, Merry Christmas along with Vijay Sethupathi and Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra.
