Sheezan Khan's lawyer moves to Bombay High Court!

The suicide case of Tunisha Sharma is still under investigation. On December 24, the actress was reportedly discovered dead on the set of her television programme Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul. The following day, after Tunisha's mother Vanita Sharma filed a report for "abetment to suicide," her ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan was taken into custody.

Since that time, the actor has been held in detention while his mother, sisters Falaq Naaz and Shafaq Naaz work tirelessly to establish his innocence. According to a recent development, Sheezan's attorney has now relocated to the Bombay High Court. 

As Sheezan’s bail was rejected by the Vasai court, now his lawyer Shailendra Mishra has moved to Bombay High Court with two pleas. The first one seeks to quash the FIR that led to the actor’s arrest and the second one is a plea for his bail. For the unversed, he is currently in judicial custody and lodged in Mumbai’s Taloja jail.
