Kichcha Sudeep calls Ajay Devgn his favourite actor
Kichcha Sudeep and Ajay Devgn, two prominent actors from South and Bollywood, made news in April of last year when they engaged in a Twitter argument over Hindi, the national language of India. It all began when Makkhi actor said that "Hindi is no longer a national language" in response to the popularity of South Indian films in India, which had displeased Devgn. The actor had started the Twitter thread by responding to him.
For the unversed, amid the success of South films across India, the actor saying “Hindi is no more a national language” had got Devgn angry. In his response, he had said, “Kiccha Sudeep my brother, according to you if Hindi is not our national language then why do you release your mother tongue movies by dubbing them in Hindi? Hindi was, is and always will be our mother tongue and national language. Jan Gan Man.”
Kichcha Sudeep was asked about the same and he rather made a light statement and called Kajol his favourite actress. Not only that he even reacted to the South Vs North debate and said, “Nobody is trying to dominate anyone here. We are just trying to do films and films are doing well and the industry is getting a name. It just ends there.”
He further said, “I’m looking forward to working with Kajol so I can’t have her husband (Ajay Devgn) hate me.”
