Alia Bhatt’s first appearance after Raha’s birth; paps compliment Alia saying, “accha naam hai”

Mumbai (Maharashtra): Alia Bhatt is now living her best life as a new mother. Alia and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their daughter Raha to the family on November 6. The couple wed in a private ceremony in April of this year. Alia and her infant daughter were recently spotted leaving the hospital and heading back home. After just disclosing the name of her kid, the actress was spotted today making her first public outing in the city. She was photographed by paparazzi outside the house of her sister Shaheen Bhatt.

When Alia arrived at Shaheen's residence, she was spotted sitting in her car. Alia showed up to wish her sister a happy birthday on the occasion of her sister's birthday today. The actress was seen wearing blue baggy jeans and a black T-shirt, paired with golden hoop earrings. She tied her hair in a neat bun.

She wished Shaheen in a special note and posted unseen photos from her wedding earlier today. Alia wrote, "happy birthday to the BEST person ever .. my sweetie .. my little melon smiggle pop. I love you so much that no amount of cute - mushy - sweet sounding words will ever be enough. Okay bye, calling you in one hour."

When she posed in front of the camera the paparazzi complimented her on the name of her daughter Raha, the actress replied, “Bahut acha hai (It’s very good).” Alia appeared to be alone, with neither her husband Ranbir Kapoor nor their newborn daughter with her.

On the work front, Alia will be seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh. She also has Jee Le Zaraa with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in the pipeline.
