 Will not have to make repeated rounds of RTO office:

Then the questions asked in the learning license will be sent online to the applicant. Learning license will be sent online to the applicant after passing on the correct answer to the questions. At the commencement of this entire process, applicants will be able to get a license at home. They will not have to make frequent rounds of the RTO office in the crowd. Transport Commissioner Ravi Jain said that this exercise is being done because the applicant does not need to give any kind of physical test in getting the learning license. The applicant has to come to the office and answer the questions related to road safety on the screen. He can also give the same answer on his computer sitting at home online. In such a situation, this option will prove useful to them.

Transport Department opposes this exercise:

However, the Department of Transport's opposition to the learning license online has also started. All India Motor Driving School Association has opposed starting it. Memorandum has been given to the Department of Transport on behalf of the Association. Actually, the work of creating a learning license is done in select motor driving schools ordered by the department in addition to RTO offices. If the process of learning license is done online then the work of motor driving schools will be almost finished. The Transport Commissioner said that there will be no change in the process of making the permanent license. For this, the applicant will have to reach the office and give a trial to drive the vehicle on the driving track. According to departmental sources, after the change in the provision of the creation of a learning license under the provisions in the Central Motor Vehicle Act, it will be implemented in Rajasthan. It is to be expected that this system will be accessible to the residents at the beginning of the new year.
