The police claimed to have disclosed a shootout case in the Cantt area of Gorakhpur city in Uttar Pradesh. SSP Jogendra Kumar held a press conference in the case and presented 7 accused involved in the incident to the media.

Police has announced a reward of 25-25 thousand on the two main accused Shubham Singh Singhara and Shubham Singh Barhaj absconding.
SSP Jogendra Kumar said that on 21 September, there was a sensational incident in the Kudaghat area of Cantt police station to establish mutual supremacy between two groups of strong youth. In this, a young man was shot while firing publicly. It is a matter of honor that the shot of the injured young man was saved.
It is learned that the young man was shot by another group's Shubham Singh Singhara in deception as an ally of another faction. This incident, which took place in Kudaghat area of Cantt Police Station, was captured in CCTV.
In the case, the SSP had engaged the Cantt Police and Crime Branch for the arrest of the accused. On which the police have arrested 7 accused of two groups during the raid.
One of the arrested accused is the son of the accused Daroga. The SSP said that 8 accused, including two priests, are absconding. Gangster also against the accused.
