Source: Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a 6-kilometre-long roadshow in Varanasi on Monday evening, ahead of filing his nomination papers from this Lok Sabha seat on Tuesday. PM Modi was accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The PM also paid homage to the statue of educationist and social reformer Madan Mohan Malviya at the Malviya Chauraha in the Lanka area prior to commencing the roadshow. PM Modi also offered prayers at Kashi Vishwanath temple after the mega roadshow.
