Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on his maiden visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site

Source: Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the elephant and jeep safari inside Assam's Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve on Saturday morning. Modi also visited 'splendid' tea gardens in Assam and lauded the community for their hard work. During the day, Modi laid the foundation stone of a series of development projects worth over Rs 17,500 crores in Jorhat.
