The CPI-Maoists (CPI-M) registered their presence as soon as they took over as the new police captain in Chaibasa, Jharkhand. Challenge the police-administration by putting up a banner.
The Naxalites have openly challenged the administrative system in Jharkhand's Chaibasa city (Chaibasa) against the government law and police camp. For the first time in the center of the city, the CPI-Maoists (CPI-M) have put up big banners in two places, making their presence felt.
There is an atmosphere of panic since morning. Maoists have hung a red banner in the Daily Market Mangla Haat in front of the bus stand, the most crowded area of the city. At the same time, the second banner has been installed in the cricket stadium market.
Panic has spread through the banner of Naxalites in the busiest area of the city. Especially in the area of the bus stand, people are also surprised by the banner of Naxalites, because there is Mandal Kara close to here and there is dense population all around.
Even in the night, there is movement of people in this area. In such a situation, questions are also being raised about when the Naxalites come here and put up the banner. At 5 am on Wednesday morning, shopkeepers of Mangla Haat informed the police about the banners being installed.
Naxalites have given different messages through both the banners. Naxalites have called for a united front by creating party and army against the government in every village. At the same time, he has also called for people to unite to remove police camps built in villages.
Maoist Naxalites have called for strongly opposing the Saranda Action Plan in the white banner of the cricket stadium. At the same time, under the 5th Schedule and the Profession Act, the gram sabha has been organized and called to approve the government scheme.
Apart from this, the Maoists have greeted their two top leaders Charu Mazumdar and Kanhai Chatterjee in a red salute in the red-colored banner in Mangla Haat.
Significantly, for the first time in the district headquarters, Naxalites have put up such big banners. Recently, the new SP Ajit Linda has taken over as the Police Captain of the district.
The SP had given a statement to start a more aggressive search operation against the Naxalites as soon as he took office. After this, different types of discussions have started in the area due to the banners in the city.
