Bihar Assembly Election: The JDU has announced the names of its candidates for several seats for the Bihar assembly elections. The party's national president and chief minister Nitish Kumar is distributing election symbols to candidates at the CM residence in Patna.
The stage has been set for the Bihar Assembly Election 2020. The first phase will be held on October 28. For this, the NDA's major constituent JDU has announced the names of the candidates. While the party has given ticket to Rajiv Lochan from Mokama, it has decided to field Ramanand Mandal from Suryagada assembly constituency.
The candidates who have been given tickets by the JDU in the first phase elections have also started arriving at the residence of party chief Nitish Kumar. Janata Dal United has also decided to field Mevalal from Tarapur.
At the same time, the party has declared Sudarshan as its candidate from Barbigha assembly constituency. Apart from this, Damodar Rawat from Jhajha, Vashisht Singh from Karghar and Kusum Lata Kushwaha from Jagdishpur have got tickets. After releasing the list of JDU candidates for the first phase of Bihar assembly elections, today the Bihar BJP can also release the list of candidates. Senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party are meeting in this regard in Delhi.
