Indigo delays flight but refuses to allow flyer over late arrival

Jaipur: A passenger at Jaipur Airport was not allowed to board Indigo flight 6E-839 to Bangalore after he got late on Saturday. His luggage was also taken down from the aircraft due to which the flight got delayed by 35 minutes. The Jaipur resident got late for boarding but the passenger’s baggage loaded inside the plane. When the passenger requested to board the plane, the airline personnel said that the plane’s gate was closed. When the passenger asked for the baggage to be returned, the airline personnel called back the plane that had gone on the taxiway and instead of allowing the passenger to board the plane and show some sensitivity, they got the luggage unloaded.
