The casualty has held up an objection with the police. Andhra Pradesh Tourism Minister Avanti Srinivas has taken a solid view on the episode and requested his suspension.
"The blamed was slipping off after the enrollment for FIR on Saturday. The police dispatched groups right away. Today morning, after the capture of the charged, according to convention, a clinical assessment and a Covid test were directed. There was no postponement with respect to the Nellore Police," Nellore SP said.
A case under Sections 354, 355, and 324 of the IPC has been enlisted. The denounced has been captured and sent to legal remand.
